Azurel's hand begins to emminate with darkness. A ball of pure black energy with purple smoke coming off of it forms in his hand. He turns around, away from Tobias and towards his shadow. Az launches the ball at an intense speed. It sinks into his shadow and emerges from Tobias', aimed straight for his back.

Tobias had no time to react, he only recieved the payment delivered from his shadow. He hurtled forward and landed smack down on the ground, his back scorched completely, his hat propelled forward and blown around in the wind. He slowly stands up, his eyes glowing an irridescent blue. He quivers slightly, hefting his sword up slowly, and preparing it for the winged demon

Azurel lands, his legs unparalyzed now, and reverts into Rayne. With a bit of concentration, Rayne summons a dark magic missle from every shadow in the arena. He figures Tobias will easily dodge his own, but not the twenty odd ones flying at him from different directions.

It appeared as if Hell was erupting from around Tobias. Turning around, he see's his shadow leaping from it's dormant rest on the ground right towards Tobias. He dodges, but alas, he couldn't dodge the rest of the onslaught. The blasts hit Tobias hard, pinning him to the ground, and then exploding him off to the other side of the arena. Landing with a thud, Tobias groans a bit. Slowly, he uses Eden as a crutch and pulls himself up onto one knee. He continues to push himself up, until he is standing. After regaining his balance, he checked his body. He was cut up, torn up, and bleeding...but he pressed on. He started to walk out towards the demon in the center of the arena, dragging Eden behind him

Rayne grunted, annoyed by Tobias.

"Resiliant little bastard."

Black balls of energy flicker over Rayne's fists, which are too his sides. Black static runs between them. He jumps forward, propelled by shadow energy. As Rayne neared Tobias, he threw one ball, then another. He transformed into Azurel midair and twirled into an aerial kick, incase the balls missed.

Tobias saw the attack. He saw Rayne turn to Az...so it was time for Tobias to change as well. His eyes ignite into a thick, deep, teal light, as his swings Eden in a quick figure 8, deflecting both of the energy balls. As soon as he finishes this, he leaps quickly into the air and away from Azurel.

He lands on the ground, small insignificant charges leaping away from his feet. A powerful wind picks up, and blows the Wanderer's hat away. It goes skipping towards the other end of the arena, and lands on an empty seat. His brown hair blows in the wind, and the teal light now focuses into the colored area of his eyes. He now stares directly at Azurel, positioning himself into a different stance then before...an offensive stance, where he has his left foot aiming towards Azurel, as he holds Eden tightly with both hands far towards the right of his body, as if he was about to swing.

Azurel flipped in the air at the miss of his combo and landed on his feet, stumbling a little. He turned around to see Tobias holding his sword with his muscles flexing for a swing. Azurel ran forward.

Do it.
It will hurt.
I don't care, it should work.

As Azurel neared Tobias, he took a giant flap of his wings and gained a bit of height. Azurel flipped in the air so that he was facing Tobias' back, yet Azurel was upside down and about to crash into the ground. His wings exploded in a cloud of black and purple smoke as he became Rayne. He fired one beam directly at Tobias' back before hitting the ground and sliding along it on his back.

"Ah!"

Tobias was only able to watch the winged warrior spin in the air as he got smashed by a blast of dark energy. As he slid across the arena, his eyes intensified, and while still skidding, flipped back up onto his two feet. Seeing his opponent on the ground, Tobias let the lightning energy flow through him, his body becoming a much more rapid machine. He takes off with in-human speed, leaving a cloud behind him. He reaches Azurel in no time, only to come in with a hyper-speed kick, aimed at the laying down Azurel's side

Rayne did nothing, he was still on the ground when Tobias kicked him. He rolled several feet, and got up on his hands and knees. He coughed out a bit of blood before standing up. Rayne did something that he wasn't used to, he just stood there. He began to glow with a black aura, but still, he stood there.

Tobias stared at his contender. He wasn't used to his opponent not attacking...he would have to use different tacticts.

His eyes illuminating, Tobias tore forwards in a blistering dash, bringing Eden around hard, but keeping his body active in case of any surprise portal-ings by Rayne
