hey, thanks guys!  I almost missed your welcome messages; apparently, I have much to learn. rev: just making a quick tour through the boards, I have already come to the conclusion that it will be near impossible to balance out the randomness. especially yours. I can only aspire to add great things to the chaos.

Lurkess may be the only person on the planet who can properly appreciate this little true-life anecdote:
so, i check this thread thinking "i wonder who the new member is?" i click on your profile and find a 19 year old female; i think "neat!" and open a new browser window with the Pickup Lines thread to use in composing a very private Private Message. well, not really; especially 'not really' considering that i then notice a birthday exactly one day before my sister's; and two quotes also appearing with alarming coincidence in a single well-known (to me) AIM profile; and the specific reference to Rev's randomness; and finally, the timing of your appearance, just a day after a certain relation of mine joined me and my friends (Rev included) for Two Towers...and suddenly, KAZAM! realization hits; i have puzzled out your identity from tell-tale clues, Sherlock Holmes style!
the rest of you don't actually expect me to give away the big secret now, do you? i rather like the flavor of a good mystery...
