I have to big problems with News these days
1. I can't believe what makes it as news now a days
Now I realize Fox is madly in love with their hit American Idol, but is it neccessary to show the one who got booted every night in the midst of turmoil in the middle east and outrageous gas prices?
2. There is no such thing as breaking news anymore
Do you guys remember when they said breaking news, it was actually sorta shocking? That doesn't happen anymore at all. The media has desensitized us all! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!
seriously though....nothing shocks me anymore. Every little thing becomes late breaking news, or a news alert...Ya know some day they are gonna cry wolf so much, that another 9/11 incident will happen and we may not be prepared

Good point, Excel.
Someone got kicked off "Survivor" or "American Idol"? Okay. Sure, it's probably disappointing to the person who got booted, but he/she is on a reality show and the world will go on. It's fine to focus on entertainment, so long as the media focuses on current events and such. (Edited to add that there *is* such a thing as too much focus on entertainment-related topics, and there needs to be a balance.) |

I'd be up for it if you were to do it UltraWolf, but you'd have to figure out how to vore people off and have som kind of love triangle going on with a cow in it.
Beyond that, my opinions on the news are that you can't trust the fucking news anymore. I actually am starting to watch greek news shows that I can't understand a damn word they are saying, but at least see what footage we aren't getting to see |

Oh of course we'd have to throw Az in there with women, who knows what might happen?! I think we should do it over the summer when people will be more active.
Back in topic i never watch regular news anymore. I usually tune into BBC as it's not AS biased. |
