[Akira]

Akira steps into the arena and stabs shimano, his sword into the ground. "anyone, i wish to fight and only fight if you believe you can keep up with me. I like pez, and i will fight you in the name of it. SO anyone, if you wish to fight, come foward and test your abilities".Akira cracks his neck and waits in the silence for an opponent.

[Azurel]

Azurel flies down and lands on a column at the edge of the arena. He sits, perched like a gargoyle.

"Akira, it's been a while. If nobody better shows up, I'm game."

Fool, this will just be a repeat of that other boy.
Nah, this will be more fun and challenging.

[Diablo]

Diablo walks out from the shadows his eyes glowing. "I heard that. How you ask? well a new skill in my new life."

[Azurel]

Azurel reverts into Rayne and flash jumps beside Diablo, not looking at him.

"Am I to assume you want to fight, or did you just show up to boast your new powers?"

[Diablo]

"Actually to watch.. I still need to watch your moves now dont I? And I bet this will be a good one so please proceed

[Azurel]

Rayne steps forward at Diablo's comment, coming close to Akira.

Alright, let's see what's changed since the last time we've met.
We've changed a bit ourselves, Rayne.

"Ladies first." Rayne says, raising his hand towards Akira and taking a slight bow, implying him.

[Akira]

Ladies first? sure why not? akira takes his sword from its invisible sheath and swings it towards his neck and spins shooting a beam of icious energy from his hand towards azurels stomach.

ooc: am i fighting rayne or azurel? or both? lol.

[Azurel]

ooc: you have been away for a while. As of right now, I'm Rayne. I'll switch between the two a couple of times during the fight. You can usually tell which I am by the last couple of sentences in my post. Hmm, oh, and when you see something like :

Alright, let's see what's changed since the last time we've met.
We've changed a bit ourselves, Rayne.

It means that Rayne and Az are talking to eachother in their head and nobody else can hear them. The regular text without the quotes is whoever is controlling the body, and the italicized text is the person that's waiting in their mind. Hope that helps, if you have any questions, pm me.

Unknowingly to anyone but Rayne, the ground infront of him had increased in gravity. Akira's beam was pulled down and crashed into the earth, leaving a semi-thick layer of ice on the ground and freezing the air around Rayne. He breathed and it visibly condensed. Before it could dissipate, Rayne was already running in an arch around Akira. He let loose two beams of black energy--one almost as soon as he began to move and the other when he got almost to Akira's side.

[Akira]

Akira just noticing what was going on jumps flipping backwards watching one beam fly under him. he then swings his sword in a quick movement reflecting the other one into a wall. Akira lands in a crouch and his eyes turn a dark mystique blue. fog begins to pick up around the arena. Akira then appears behind azurel and swings his sword downwards and kicks towards the back of azurels neck in one motion.

[Azurel]

As a mage, Rayne would normally be able to detect Akira. However, the mist--being comprised of Akira's energy--masked him too well. Rayne was hit in the back of the neck, almost breaking it. With this, he reacted by flash jumping forward. When he reappeared, there was a gash down the back of his trenchcoat and a small line of blood ran down the entirety of his back. Rayne dropped his trenchcoat onto the floor and turned slowly towards Akira. By the time he had fully about-faced, there was a ball of dark energy formed in his hand, sucking the light from the surrounding area. He squeezed the ball, putting a bit of a gravity spell on it before letting it loose. He threw it towards the ground in Akira's direction. For a while, it stayed on it's path, tearing up rocks and earth as it went along. The gravity spell Rayne had applied to the ball made it so that those rocks followed in it's wake as it went along the ground. It picked up off the ground, aiming more for Akira's chest now. If the ball had missed, surely some of the rocks would slam into him.
