To defrag I'm pretty sure Windows needs free disk space... doesn't look like you have any at all, so defrag is not possible. Why windows doesn't tell you this, I have no idea. |

really? hmm... according to the analysis image you posted, you don't have any.
There's a problem for ya.
I would try to burn some stuff you want to keep to CD and delete them off your drive then try again. |

Yeah you may THINK you have 4.5 GB's free but yer HD has other plans..Or something...You should really delete like 10 more GB's on top of yer 4.5...It's not like you have any files that are all that important. |

The fun thing is that the computer often gets confused about how much space is left. If I open Windows Explorer, it says I have 12 GBs left. If I select all the files and do Properties, it now tells me I have less than 4 GBs left. Heh!
Tomorrow, I'm formatting this POS and starting it anew, after installing a new floppy drive. More details on that soon!  |
