they pay to have a PO made.
the Otaku are custom pieces of art by the artists. It's also to help us grow. We have many hopes and plans. One of those plans are currently in the works in the form of a Card game.
Currently, all Otaku we sell for the $10 fee, all of the money is being used to get us to ACen so we can spread the word.
