akira vs azurel

[Akira]

akira noticed the ball of energy and pieces of earth flying towards and knew he had to make a decision. he crossed his arms in front of his chest allowing the ball of energy to hit him head on thus sending akira back into a wall. as soon as he hit he put up a shield of ice around him as the pieces of rock and earth hit it leaving minor cracks. akira is now trapped inside holding the ball of energy back with his arms which begin to bleed from the pressure of the ball. it slwly breaks the wall in more sending akira back into it farther. akiras body begins to glue bright blue as the ball of energy flies off to the right through the wall.akira steps out with much of his blood running from his arm. he then picks up some of the rocks and launches them towards his opponent. he then flies off up into the air. as he floats up there he begins one of his specials. his body encases itself in a ball of blue icious energy. instantly several icicles pop out of each and every side of the ball. as if shot from a gun it hurtles towards azurel at time bending speeds.

Rayne hadn't expected such a quick counter-attack, and thusly wasn't prepared. He flash jumped forward, inches from Akira's right side. Rayne had his hand aimed at Akira's head and an energy ball alrady charged by the time he appeared out of the flash jump. He let it loose, a ball at such close range would be hard to dodge. Rayne fell to the ground and got up slowly. A new set of cuts was on his left side--he hadn't dodged the ball in time.
