"Welcome back to round one of our wonderful, wonderful tournament! Today, we have a special match lined up for you guys--but first, let's talk about that match last week! Brutal, wasn't it?"

The audience a splode into cheers.

"Enon has advanced to round two, after slicing Diablo's head off and spilling his guts all over the arena floor! And today, today is a special match. A pro-wrestling match!"

A wrestling ring appears on the tile floor of the arena, and in its center stands Demonic, wearing black and white striped shirt, the bands of color running down it vertically.

"In this corner, weighing in at... some kind of number of whatever and blah blah blah, the Zanzibarbarian himself, Nogrick!"

Wasting no time, Nogrick bursts out of his corner with a flying clothesline--which Hoth ducks as he spears the other man to the mat with a thud!

Hoth immediately rises onto his knees, straddling his opponent while he sends right after left after right into the downed Nogrick's face! Nogrick's lip begins to bleed.

Deciding he's had enough, Nogrick bucks, throwing Hoth off balance. And then Nogrick rolls, tripping Hoth off of him and to the mat--a rather hard landing.

Nogrick gets to his feet, and Hoth does likewise, crouching low. Nog advances towards Hoth in anger, but Hoth surprises Nogrick by popping up with a superkick that knocks him flat!

Nogrick rolls over as Hoth jumps onto the turnbuckle, waiting for the Zanzibarbarian to get up.

Nogrick makes it onto hands and knees--and this time, Hoth jumps onto his back before he's even on his feet, a double-knee drop that sends him back to the mat with a pained yell.

Demonic goes over and raises the downed Nogrick's hand... once. It falls.... twice. It falls.... third time's a charm! Nogrick manages to keep his clenched fist in the air, knuckles white.

Hoth, in the meantime, has made it to his feet again, crouching. But when the superkick flies at the risen Nogrick's face, it's promptly caught and held against the shoulder of the Zanzibarbarian, who throws the foot down and then steps forward, delivering a European uppercut so hard that Hoth spins around once; and then--he never knows what hits him--he's soon put into an overpowered fireman's carry that has his back slamming hard into the mat.

Nogrick grabs Hoth by the hair and lifts him, locking his head into position for the cutter that always follows the Zanzibuster; Hoth is behind and facing away from Nogrick with his head held, tilted back on Nogrick's shoulder.

And it goes off flawlessly, Hoth's head bouncing painfully from Nogrick's shoulder as Nogrick drops. Hoth rolls over and twitches on the mat.

Just a question, Are we still going to do the PO Wars now that the battle system is almost ready?

I want to finish up my bracket, at least. I don't know what the Almighty Tall Ones have planned, though.

With the new system implemented, will this bracket have to be shut down? Sad
