A very nice start  I've always been horrible at working from source material, so I definately think you've done a good job at interpreting the style.
Of course now the next step is to dive off and do some original stuff  Took me a while, for sure. I probably spent about half a year just making alterations of other drawings I saw. But once you get the hang of it, your own style can definately come through and be your own thing, rather than just an immitation.
